REVIVE RECOVERY – Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking, attending, or participating in any session or treatment at REVIVE RECOVERY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all guests and to protect our staff and business operations.

2. Age Policy

Guests must be 16 years of age or older to use the facilities. Guests aged 16–17 must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian prior to participation. REVIVE RECOVERY reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Health Screening & Medical Disclosure

Guests may be required to complete a health questionnaire or screening form prior to participating in certain treatments. Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect their ability to safely participate.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in refusal of service without refund.

4. Medical Disclaimer & Contraindications

Guests confirm they are in good general health and understand that services such as ice baths, infrared saunas, cryotherapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and other recovery treatments involve inherent risks.
Certain conditions may make participation unsafe, including but not limited to:
  • Pregnancy
  • Severe cardiovascular conditions
  • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
  • Epilepsy or seizure disorders
  • Claustrophobia (for hyperbaric oxygen therapy)
  • Cold hypersensitivity or Raynaud’s disease
Guests should consult their GP before participating if they are unsure about their suitability. REVIVE RECOVERY reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment if participation may pose a safety risk.

5. Assumption of Risk

Use of REVIVE RECOVERY facilities and treatments, including ice baths, infrared saunas, cryotherapy chambers, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and massage chairs, is undertaken entirely at the guest’s own risk. REVIVE RECOVERY accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse reactions except where caused by proven negligence.

6. Facility Rules, Hygiene & Conduct

Guests must:
  • Shower before entering ice baths or saunas
  • Wear appropriate swimwear where required
  • Follow all staff instructions
  • Respect other guests and staff members
Guests must not use the facilities if they have open wounds, contagious illnesses, infections, or are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session without refund if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate.

7. Late Arrival Policy

Guests are encouraged to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to avoid disruption to the next booking. Full session time cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

8. Lockers & Personal Property

Lockers may be provided for guest convenience. Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings. REVIVE RECOVERY accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property stored in lockers or elsewhere on the premises.

9. Bookings, Cancellations & Refunds

Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in writing by management.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
REVIVE RECOVERY reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify sessions due to maintenance, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.

10. Membership Terms

All memberships are subject to a minimum 3-month commitment. After the initial three-month period, memberships will automatically continue on a monthly rolling basis unless cancelled in accordance with these terms.
Certain promotional or introductory offers may have different membership conditions.
Discount codes or discounted memberships cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, unless explicitly stated.
Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded at any time. If a membership is downgraded, the new membership tier will be subject to a minimum commitment of three months, unless upgraded again within that period.
To cancel a membership, one month’s written notice must be sent to info@reviverecovery.co.uk. The notice period will begin from the next scheduled billing date.
If less than one month’s notice is given before the next billing date, the following payment will still be processed before the membership can be cancelled.
Founder or promotional memberships may be offered for a limited period when launching promotional campaigns, subject to separate terms.

11. Membership Freeze

Memberships may be temporarily frozen for medical reasons, travel, or exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval. A freeze may be granted for a maximum of one month per calendar year, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Fair Usage Policy

Members with unlimited access must use facilities reasonably and responsibly. REVIVE RECOVERY reserves the right to limit bookings or suspend memberships if usage is deemed excessive, abusive, or disruptive to other guests’ access.

13. Gift Cards & Packages

Gift cards, session packages, or promotional bundles are non-refundable and may be subject to an expiry date, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

14. Media & Photography

Photography or video recording for promotional purposes will only be conducted with prior written consent via a separate media authorisation form.

15. Liability Waiver

By attending REVIVE RECOVERY, guests acknowledge and accept the risks associated with recovery treatments and agree to release REVIVE RECOVERY from liability except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

16. Force Majeure

REVIVE RECOVERY shall not be held liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, equipment failure, government restrictions, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.

17. Amendments

REVIVE RECOVERY reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website and at reception.
